Hi.

I have trouble with reviewing hands. It worked fine until today and i have also tried to reset HM2 but it didn't help. When i mark a hand for review, and click on marked hands, it wont show up anymore and when i try to click on a hand for replay, the window pops up, all is there except of the hand, it's just empty. Another problem i have is that the big blinds doesn't match with the stakes i'm playing. If i play at a 0,01/0,02 game and i bought in for 2,40, HM2 displays that i have 240 big blinds.

Is this Party Poker? Does it show as .01/.01? If so, These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > Updates > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

It's WPT poker but that is the same i guess. It stands Party Poker when i play at WPT. Is this also a bug? Will this fix the "marked hands not showing bug" too?

WPT Poker is a Party Poker skin.

The marked hands is usually a permissions issue:

1) Please make sure you are installing on an administrator account and running as an administrator.

2) Please turn off UAC.

3) You'll need to add:
- hmupdate.exe (only exists during update)
- holdemmanager.exe
- hudfuncapps2.exe
- postgres and pg_ctl, your poker client .exe
- table ninja.exe
- tablescannerdllloader.exe
- notecaddy.business.dll and notecaddy.contents.dll from the modules folder in holdemmanager's program files folder (you might have to type in the names in some firewalls, they do not show)

to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus. ****

4) Make sure that windows is fully updated. Keep checking for updates until it says twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

5) You need to make sure that this folder*,

8/7/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

as well as c:\postgresql (or c:\programfiles\postgresql), c:\programfiles\holdemmanager2, c:\hm2archive, c:\hmarchive and your site's hand history folder are each not read only** and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. ***

* You will need to show hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

You will have to purge and import the hands again or create a new database to fix the wrong stakes.

How do i do that?

Check your Control Panel > Users and make sure your windows user account is an Administrator. When installing any software/updates make sure you right-click > run as administrator.

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Disable UAC W7/Vista - Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7, 8, or Vista

Win 8 is a bit different and you can't just use the slider bar in the UAC windows to disable it anymore. To do so type "regedit" in the Windows search feature and hit enter. Carefully navigate to exactly this folder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\System

In the right pane look for EnableLUA, right click and choose modify, and set its value to 0. Close regedit.

C:/Program Files(x86)/HoldemManager
C:/Program Files(x86)/PostgreSQL

also for C:/Program Files(x86)/PokerStars (or whichever pokersite you play on)
