HM filters
1. Set the board texture filter to: flop is two tone AND flop is unpaired AND Flop # of open ended draws equal to 0

2. See the result
result - 1.png
3. Add to current filter: ... AND Flop has 0 connected cards
filters by board texture - 2.png
4. See the result. Hands that has not connected cards actualy disappear. But we can see the total number of hands

it seems that the problem occurs if you use the filters "Flop # of open enden straight draws" and "Flop has 0 connected cards" at the same time. All i can see is total numbers below... And support where are you? =\

Without HH files and other info is hard to say is this a bug or no.

HM-7415 Stat grid - totals in reports and hand grid dont refresh when filter returns 0 results
If you want to be notified when it is fixed \ implemented please send an email to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When XXXX Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
OK. But WHY it returns 0 results?? May be i am missing something, but this seems illogical. That is the problem.
HM-7415 is a bug ticket of a known bug: when a selection of filters results in 0 hands-->
the totals in reports don't update to reflect this and will still show a random number of hands.
Can you email us a handhistory of a hand, that clearly matches the filters you're using, but still won't show up.
