Question 6-max SnG Winnings on Betfair iPoker

    Hello,

I have a problem with counting 6-max SnG winnings on Betfair iPoker skin. I specifically play "Betfair Sit N Go" $1+$0.10 6-max turbo. Only the first two places are paid, 1st $3.90 and 2nd $2.10. For some reasons HM calculate with 3rd place winnings $1.20 which is wrong. When edited specific SnG which ended at 3rd place it showed zero winnings in the editing dialogue. This proves that data are correctly parsed/stored and some bug is responsible for value in tournaments list.

There are other problems derived from counting winnings for 3rd place.

Winnings and net winnings are wrong. Correct winnings - $534, net winnings - $61, ROI is calculated correctly. Missing difference $129.60 (108 * $1.20) came from 3rd places.

I attached hand history of one SnG which ended at 3rd place: 6077621710.xml

Is there anything what i can do to show correct winnings? It's annoying. Import to empty DB didn't help. Currently running 2.0.0.7816.

This is a known bug, HM-6851. I've added your email address to the bug ticket, so you'll be automatically notified when it is fixed.

Once fixed.. you'll have to reimport your handhistories into a new empty database.

Thank you for your response. At what time I can expect a fix? Twelve days ago I bought a small stakes version and is weird manually recalculate winnings in software for $60 whose main purpose is automated hand tracking.

I have no eta when this will be fixed, but it could potentially take weeks.

The highest priority tickets are: on HUD stats and hand importing. (so you'll have accurate HUD stats when you play).
I'll try to increase the priority status of HM-6851 by bumping the ticket up for the programmers.

I'm having the same issue with 6Max SnG 3rd place on iPoker.

Best work around I have come up with for now is to manually change your 3rd place results to 4th place. It means your results aren't 100% accurate, but I would consider the winnings/net winnings/ITM% etc to be more important than whether I came 3rd or 4th.

This is very simple to do:
Go to the "Tournaments" Tab on Reports.
Arrange the results by finish position.
(You may need to filter results if you have a lot of results other than just 6Max in here).
Select all your 3rd place finishes you need to fix (ctrl + click will deselect any you want to leave).
Right click on one of the highlighted ones and select "Edit".
Change the Finish position from 3 to 4 (it's second from the bottom).
Click OK and then refresh your results.

This worked for me and gave accurate money figures and graphs.

I have added you to be notified.

You can just edit winnings to 0.

Cheers, The winnings already read as "0" when you go to edit it, but show as $6 for me on all the actual tables. It appears to accept the 0 value if you save it, until you refresh it again and then it reverts back to $6. It does however hold another value if you enter that, e.g. putting $1 in the winnings field.
