Turbopoker DON no winnings recorded

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr reported that on turbopoker (lobby in english) all his DON where he finished in the money aren't recorded as wins:




Is that a known bug?

Are these 6max DON's?
We have a bugticket on this issue, HM-6998.

Yes, Patrick, they are 6max DONs.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 6998. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back in this forum http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When 6998 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

This is still an open issue.

There are different players on PokerStrategy with that issue.

We can not give an ETA at this time but I will bump the ticket with the management/development team to see if we can give it some traction and get some sort of ETA since it is now 6+ months old.
