Pokerstars ZOOM opponent analysis returns 0 hands.

Hi HM2 Support/fellow HM2 users,

I am not able to do opponent analysis of ZOOM hands. The HUD works fine in Zoom. But when I go to opponent analysis (both in separate popout window and in the same window) it returns 0 hands. I have made sure all the necessary tick marks are done for returning hands. I tried it with tournament hands etc. Tournament hands - opponent analysis is working fine.

Why is this not working for Zoom opponents? Am I missing something here? Or is there some bug? Btw, the opponents names and number of hands (alongwith VPIP, PFR etc stats) does show up in Opponent Summaries Tab. But no hands show up in Player analysis.

Please help.
