HUD blink OR PokerStars hotkey disable

I got new laptop. Windows 8 (x64).

I installed PokerStars and HM2.

I configured hotkeys at ps and run HM2. After HUD come to front hotkeys stop work.

After a lot of experiments I found that hotkeys doesn't work if at HUD settings set Auto Z order or Always on top.
If one of them set (or both) then hotkey doesn't work. for example f (fold) just type f at chat and HUD is not blinking.
If turn both settings off, then hotkeys work as expected but HUD start to blink each time when I change focus on table (first focus event).

I updated drivers, windows updates, no firewall.

Need help .

Change your Auto Z order setting.
Update your videocard driver to the latest beta driver.

WhichFirewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

You must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hmm, it's very strange.

I don't know what I did, but it works normal now.
I turned on "Auto Z order" and HUD doesn't blink. Also PokerStars hotkeys work, too.
I updated drivers for Bluetooth and Network adapter, but I don't think that that was a problem

Looks like problem is solved, but how? I can't explain.

The Z-order does control that, so it makes sense.

Yes, it's.

But as I said earlier Z-order option suppress PokerStars hotkeys. It's little strange that Z-order start work normally.

In any case for other who will get same issue at future. Play around features, drivers, updates and reboots . It would help.
