cant track any hand

hi,
i have a bug on my holdem manager 1 about 2 weeks from now.my holdem manager cant track any hand and on imported hands only appear incomplete hands.
can anyone helps me?

Are you playing on Full Tilt?

Known issues:
- Classic Layout in cash games still has an open issue so you need to use RaceTrack layout.
- HUD does not work yet on any SNG/MTT/Rush tourneys.
- HUD is mixing holdem/omaha hands in the stats

If you do not play on full tilt then it is highly recommended not to download this version and wait for the next beta version.
