Default Database Maanger: hm1 import by date doesn't work

Just upgraded my hm1 to hm2. Tried to import all hands from my prev. active DB over night (around 1.5m).
After around 12h+, import speed was like 2.5 hands per second but after I've looked into pgAdmin, there were no any recent DB write operations in past few hours.

So I've canceled import, created new DB, set is as active, removed old DB, opened DB Manager and selected hm1 DB and all hands from 2013 to import. After around 2 hours, not a single hand was imported (looked into pgAdmin again), but there was "please be patient, import in progress" message without any visible progress. I tried to find anything usefull under "C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager " but also no any indications that anything was imported.

So how can I import my hm1 hands?
By date doesn't work, "hero only hands" doesn't work, all hands only partially works. How do I do it?

If GUI import progress reporting doesn't work, can I track at least some log files or do I have to use pgAdmin stats reporting to see, whether hm2 does anything at all?

    Thanks.

EDIT: I tried to import hands from last 2 weeks from HM1 into HM2 again. Import was successful but not a SINGLE hand was imported!

Just did vacuum full on old hm1 DB and started import again, so far so good, 380k hands out of 1.5m done and speed remains about the same. With some luck its done within next 4-5h.

EDIT: import done. Results are messed up, but well have to figure out what went wrong in hem2 as compared to hem1.

We have a bugticket on "By date doesn't work, "hero only hands" doesn't work.
ALL HANDS should work though, but can take quite a long time.

Were these STT/MTT hands of which the results are not correct in HM2?
On which site(s) were these hands played, on what type of tables?

If you still have the original handhistory file and summary files, also run a manual import from folder on all those files (or on your HM1's archive folder).

They were STT'S and MTT's (NLH/OHPL and few mixed games) on PS, FT and Party. It showed results as if I would have never cashed in a single MTT but there were couple of older STT's with some price money displayed. HEM1 had a problem with PS MTT/STT's couple of years ago, where he would not recognize price money but would only display buy in + rake payed instead. Looked similar to that.

Just used empty DB and had a small STT/MTT session yesterday. Looks like everything is displayed correctly. Tried to import 3 MTT results emailed by PS, all 3 failed (raw uncut, then edited to remove header and footer).

Is there an option to get another HEM1 license as long as HEM2 is unstable as it is and try it out whether it will work better? I have hem2 holdem + omaha 2.0.0.7742 (same as I had for hem1) but to be honest, it doesn't deserve even a beta state.

I don't have any original hand history and summaries, can only email me some of the fresh results, since after hem1 import its removed but its not what I want. I want all of my recent results + hands, since I play with some of the regs for 2-3 years already I don't really want to miss those hands.

Where do I find HEM1 archive folder? Or do I have to export DB for that first?

    Thanks.

For STT/MTT--> you need to import all the summaries into HM2.
Either by importing them from the HM1 archive folder. Or email PokerStars/FullTilt and request all your results.

You can request you last 100 summaries, but if you've played more games you can also request your 'results'.
And run a import from file on the results file.

If you email PokerStars and Full Tilt you can also request ALL handhistories for every game you've ever played.

HM1's default archive folder, is C:/HMArchive.
If your database contain hands you don't have in the archive folder, you can also export all hands. In HM1: Options--> Database Management--> Connect-->select your database--> (set it as default)--> EXPORT HANDS.
