    Question 888poker (pacific) and rebuy+add-on HM2

    Good afternoon. I'm sorry for my english. I have one question. Why HM2 licensed ignoring rebuys and addons on 888poker? This is big problem for me. I'm tired to write my results on paper, because all results and graphics are incorrect...
    What can I do?

    We have a bugticket on this issue, HM-5515.

    Can you add me to the ticket assuming it is still open - I have no rebuys recorded this month so assume still an issue. Now that 888 has barred sharkscope, having accurate results on HM2 is even more important for us.

    I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

    It looks like this ticket was assigned to a developer that no longer works for us so I have assigned it to the tech manager so it can be reassigned.

    This ticket appears to be a duplicate of a newer ticket that is being actively worked on - HM-7862: Pacific - Tournament Summary doesnt import with wrong filename. Once this ticket is resolved HM-5515 will be re-tested to see if it solves both tickets. I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

    Edit: both tickets are closed.
    This should already be fixed in the latest HM2 update.
