Try reimporting your hands into a new database. Are you using AVAST Antivirus?
Try reinstalling HM2 with the full installer from: Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps

Temporarily uninstall Avast (replace it with any other antivirus program) You can reinstall Avast as soon as it stops wrongly quarantining HoldemManager files... as soon as they've updated their virus definitions.
Then reinstall HM2 with the full installer: Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps
