Fragments on the screen from popups - nothing helps

Hi. I have the exact same problem as here:

Popups leave fragments of themselves on the screen when I click elsewhere to hide the popup.

I have an AMD A10-5800k processor with integrated graphics and am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Tried everything from that thread above - installed all of the updates, got the newest drivers (also tried the latest beta drivers, it's the same), disabled desktop composition everywhere (also disabled it in HM's exe file properties, didn't help), reinstalled Microsoft .NET Framework. I'm not using Logitech Setpoint, so didn't think I'd need it.
What else can I do? Help

Are you using a dual monitor setup?

Now I enabled desktop composition everywhere and chose an Aero theme and it started working fine Thanks!
