Hand viewer takes too much time to load

I have a problem with hand viewer in HM2 - when I try to open it during a session it usually takes like 5 - 10 sec to load not to mention that I have to click it repeatedly before it even appears and when it finally does appear - more than 2 - 3 hand viewers window are loaded. How can I solve that problem ?

How big is the hero database?

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager



- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

Hero database is 1GB big.

I've tried all things you mentioned and Hand Viewer works much better now although it's still far from perfection ( comparing to hand viewier in HM1 ) . I still need to click repeatedly before it appears yet not as often as previously. The problem may be with type of game as well - I'm playing Speed Poker and frequent fast folding may cause the Hand Viewer to hang. I will try "new" Hand Viewer with tournaments and let you know how it works then.

Same here at FastForward- 2 years and still like this. Always something not working pretty frustrating.

Also, incorrect hand winner in hand history. eg player 1 shown as winning hand when in fact it was another player sometimes not even in the hand - reported months ago perhaps even a year.

And sometimes hand not shown at all in hand history. Have to go into reports and find it.

All of these hands still import correctly into HM so the problem is with the Hand History viewer. I only play fastforward at the moment so i have no idea if these are just issues with ff.

Really is tilting though when you are playing and just want to hand a look at what your opponents had.
