    Default Problem with last hand winner

    Hi,

    I'm playing on Pokerstars.it and I have a problem with last hand winner viewer in the HUD. When I open hand viewer it doesn't show player names and the hand history, as you can see in the picture.
    I have this problem only in the HUD while the hand viewer in the reports works fine.
    I have installed the last release of HM2 - 2.0.0.7697

    I tried to reset my HUD's config to default but continue to have the same problem

    In pacific (888.es) does not work also, for any hand in the list

    I have the same problem on Pokerstars.it too.

    i can't open the player note also

    This issue may be caused by cultural conflicts in the software. Please try these steps:

    1)Please open Windows control panel.

    2) Open Region-Language

    3) Change your region to English (United States)

    4) Change your location to United States

    **After these next steps, you can set it back to your standard setting.**

    1) Make sure that you add the download file to the exceptions in your antivirus and firewall and right-click, run as administrator.

    2) Please delete everything except for the database, notecaddydefinitions, backups and config folders, caddylayout, CaddySettings, ColorDefinitions and layout, NoteCaddyTags and noteDefinitionsLayout files in: *
    7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

    3) uninstall

    4) Install this version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

    5) Please add:
    - holdemmanager.exe
    - hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe (in postgres\bin)
    - hmupdate.exe (available only during an update)

    to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.

    6) Please make sure that you are running as an administrator.

    You may need to uninstall your AV, install HM2, and reinstall your AV.

    --
    If that does not resolve the problem, please try resetting the HoldemManager.config files.

    Close HM2

    Move the HoldemManager.config and HoldemManager.config.bak files to your desktop. The files are located here:

    Windows 7/8/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
    You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this: Show hidden files

    Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
    For showing hidden files and unhide system files, see this: Microsoft Corporation

    Then restart HM2.

    You will need to configure the hand history folder paths in Hand Importing > Auto Import Folders

    I tried and its working, but if i go back to my region-language settings and restart HM doesn't work anymore
