It appears to be a bug for me also so I wrote it up.
HM-6577: Board Texture Filter - CustomRankFlop1 is not working properly
I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

Apparently I did no understand how this/these filters work. If you want only one of the flop cards between K and J and the others to not be a paint card you need to set CustomRankFlop2 and CustomRankFlop3 to be between Ten and Two and make sure you use the [x] And modifier to combine the filters.
p.s. There is a semi-related open ticket:
HM-6142
Filter: Board Texture - Turn/River custom ranks dont work
OK that way it work, but its extra work.
Hope you didnt forget this issue, every month i do my reviews
In the meanwhile i find what seems to be another bug.
Im trying to filter boards were the flop had 1 gapper, 2 gapper or connected cards, but when i try to add a new board type i get an error.

I dont understand why the conflict, if i was saying "AND" should be a conflict, but not when i say "OR".
Im i doing some mistake? Its a bug? There is a turnaround?

Just realised that "flop has 0 connected cards" show boards like 975, i wanted it to filter boards like "26T" or "38K", boards with more that 2 gaps between cards . There should be a filter like that.
I have forwarded this issue to our bugs department for further investigation. It will be tested in the order in which it was received. We will reply back in this thread with our findings.
i have been able to reproduce your issue
This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and sent to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly. The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6721. Please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.
If you email hm2support@holdemmanager.com and in the subject line put "Notify Me When HM-6721 Is Resolved". We have assigned someone to search for these subject lines after each release, so this should ensure you get notified after this fix has been released.
This isnt solved yet isnt it?
Had a hard time today to set those filter again.
Actually bugticket HM-6721 is closed with a 'fixed' status.
What was fixed: "Open Board texture filters. Try to filter for monotone or rainbow flop - you get a conflict message. In fact none of the flush filters can be used with another one - it should be possible with the OR clause. It's the same for straight and pair filters. And this is on every street."
