Decimals in pop-up and NC stats.

Hello there.
I'd found that when I choose number of decimals will be shown in my pop-ups for custom NC stats it breaks up.
So, for example I have stat that shows 5% on me, but when I set to show 2 decimals for it and nothing else it shows 20.78% in place of 5.**%. So without decimals it works fine and numbers are roughly same with those wich NC test shows, but with decimals it's completely wrong.

I have forwarded this issue to our bugs department for further investigation. It will be tested in the order in which it was received. We will reply back in this thread with our findings.
