    Default HUD not working on PS.fr

    Hi,

    I've changed nothing, before this morning, everything was fine, but now, my HUD just disappear when I am playing on PS.fr. The hands are importing, and sometimes the HUD is showing (not always, seems random), but when I click on a table, the stats just disappear.

    I am playing on an other site at the same time (Winamax), and here, the HUD is working very well.

    I cannot change [ ] Auto Z-order or [ ] Always on top, because when I tick these box, Winamax is fucked, with stats superposition.

    What can I do ? I am on 2.0.0.7679.

    And I just finished a session w/o problem with HM1.

    Please provide some more screenshots (all-in-one OR separate, but please make them in the same time):
    - HM2 main window with version # (as a background)
    - in HM2 Active session tab should be opened
    - HM2 window Hand importing - Autoimport folders
    - HM2 window Hand importing - Site time adjustment - for room you play in
    - table when live play (with or without stats)
    - Poker client settings regardling hand history saving
    - Windows explorer with opened folder where poker client saves hand histories (file dates need to be seen)
    - Current hand history (played right now) opened in Notepad
    - PC clock (to see both date and time) + poker client clock

    So actually I've tried a little session in NL2*, where I was playing on 2 times 4 tables on 2 different poker rooms, and I have had no bug...

    So, I don't understand why that was not working well this morning. I have changed nothing...

    (*and I've won 0.84€ XD, SHIP)

    Stars has changed the hand history folder location on a lot of players, or just deleted the folder, this causes hands not to open.

    1) You'll need to go to Stars' Options menu.

    In the Hand History Folder location, check the location of the folder and make sure that it is in the list of Auto Import Folders in Hand Importing. Do the same with Tournament Summaries.

    2) You may need to manually change the entries.

    3) You might also need to manually import the hands from the folder and move to the archive.

    If that does not work, it's because HM had already tried to process and reads them as non-hh or already imported. Please create a new database in database management. Then import the hands. You can export these hands and import into the original database.

    Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

    if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

    The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

    So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

    If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.
