Default Winnings report issue on 888

    Hello !!

Is there a known issue with the winnings report on 888 because I found some difference between what hm2 shows me and what my account balance shows. I talked tot the 888 support and they said there is no problem from their part .

Is there any posibility in hm2 to sort the hands played on table names and to see at each table the winnings ? I remember hm1 had that feature but I can't find it in hm2 .

Which games are you playing on Pacific? Please zip a small sample of original hand histories in which this issue occurs and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31).

For cash this is possible via Reports > More Reports > Players > Sessions by Table Report
