Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.
if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.
The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.
So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.
If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.
Add:
- holdemmanager
- hudfuncapps
- all of the easyhook, blitz.dll files and the stars/stars inject files in the hm program files folder - For windows firewall, you will have to type in the names of these files.
- pokerstars.exe file
- postgres and pg_ctl files from postgres\bin
to your exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.
Make sure all are running as administrator.

i have 2.0.0.7725 version installed, time settings seem to be correct, all exceptions are set up but hud still doesn't work on zoom tourneys. It can be shown from time to time, i guess it happens after some hands saw showdown, but most time there is no hood.
In cash zoom hud is working. But it doesn't show statistics for players with some specific symbols in their nicknames, such as < or Ü or smth like that.
This is a feature which is on the list to address. While I do not have a specific date for when this feature might be added, we are putting out updates regularly.hud still doesn't work on zoom tourneys

Add my email too, I have a ZOOM cash HUD that workds fine, but MTT ZOOM not working.

I set up language and regional settings for non-unicode programs as English (USA), now hud is shown for everyone but many of my programs became full of unreadable symbols.In cash zoom hud is working. Why can't i have both russian language for my programs and properly working hud?
The hand history and client need to be in English, as we read words for players and actions. It will not work, trying to read every possible language.

All my poker programs, including HM2, pokerstars, postgre and all others always was only in english.
But other programs such as skype, icq, and many non-poker programs are in russian, just as my windows7 x64 is.
And after i set up language for non-unicode programs to english (USA) all non-poker programs became like this
I repeat -- all poker programs and hand histories was and are in english.
