hello

When i click hud to open my Main pop up its appears after more than 2 sec , its quite long time if im multitabling, also its sometimes flashes , how to fix that?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Also update your videocards driver with the latest AMD Catalyst / Nvidia beta driver.

Windows 7 i dont use any active firewall and antivirus atm. I know that some my friends had same issue with main popup opens with 1sec delay , its seems to be far away behind hm1

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
2 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver
3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech
4 - Disable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support
5 - Set desktop theme to basic, default, or a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (this will be the same for win8/7)

i did all of this and still no changes, my hud starts to blink few times until the pop up appears

Please try reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework to resolve this issue:

If Vista/XP:
1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/cleanup_tool.exe
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...dotnetfx35.exe

Then download 4.0 here - Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center

If Windows 7:

still same issue, pop ups and whole hud are blinking at replyer while im switching between popups

This is a known issue that has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

and what should i do with my main popup opens after 2secs+ ?

How large is your database?
Do your popups also take such a long time to popup if you create a new database and/or instead of the main popup you use smaller popups?

hud options--> player preferences--> stats tab--> assign a popup to a stat for example Default_Flop, Default_Preflop
