Fold to Cbet Stats Incongruence

Hello,

As I was playing to create new stats with caddy (on a smaller DB on .7603) I had 67 hands IP called 3bets (stat is fold to 3bet IP and I ;seek' it to see it's working)... and checked my fold to 3bet (have only 25 hand sample - 9.4k hands - 3-6 players).

Since I'm new NC user thought I'm making sth wrong (still might be but chances are pritty slim) and
removed HU hands from NC note
Still the same. Then I X reports - I have 51 hands (report is 3+players, Called 3bets = true - tried from the basic filter also - same result).

Then I put #cardrange and put the stat with NC pop-ups - all the hands are called by me and the PFR bet (in reports there's no filter for bet - when I filter facing cbet - it's 23 - so kinda matches the hem stat).

Hands that caddy found but hem not - 8bb 3bets on SB to BTN minraise and one CO open 2.5x to 6bb 3bet from BB... I stopped there.

I also made Fold to cbet in position in* SRP and it has 41% folds ( doesn't show sample ) and on the regular stat (fold to cbet IP - including 3bet pots) is 48% (even tho my fold to 3bets in the sample is 40%) - so again a missmatch. But i'll trust caddy stat until proven wrong.

Rolled back 7318 - same.

Lookin forward for a solution

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the stats and I apologize for the delay. I have escalated this to our 2nd level support techs and have explained the issues you are having and they will be in touch shortly to help resolve the problem.

To better help them solve this problem can you please explain what specific filters you are using in your examples above and attach the notecaddy n2d files for the definitions you created?

Please attach your n2d files for the definitions in question from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\No teCaddyDefinitions

I've uploaded screenshots, filter and NC defs.

edit:

what's the difference between .n2d and .xml files ?
in user folder: all the files are .xml

but i saw in the lated NCEdge update they are .n2d files (forwer were xml)

BTW ! vsHERO Calls by position don't work.

I am sorry for the confusion. I should have looked closer at the files in that folder. .n2d files are the NCE definitions and .xml files are original NC definitions.

Thank you for the files. I will forward them to our stats specialist to see if we can find out what the problem is this weekend.

Would it be possible for you to also send us some of the problem hands? If you can find/filter them in the reports you can export them via the right-click menu and it would save us some time compared to trying to find similar hands in our samples. Or you can just zip and send the original hands from the \hm2archive folder and we can do the filtering like you suggested.

Yeah I did, now I notice that the base doesn't match the NC base.
Originally Imported 35k hands but now I see hem shows me only 24 (now after I restarted its only 10k)
but NC still works with 35k hands.

How much until stable version ? Should I roll back to 7318 ? On 7599 out of nowhere in reports there was message about missing file in the replayer and it didnt show stacks board couldnt move thru the hand ...

Do you recall which specific file the message was referring to? This is the first I have heard of such a message.

No, I don't recall. I rolled back to 7599 and replayer is running fine.
