Active Session does not refresh

    Exclamation Active Session does not refresh

    My Active Session tab's refresh button does not work.

    I tried from 7318 to 7603 and have the same problem. Which file do I need to send to help you investigate this?

    settings--> general settings--> do you have the same issue if you turn off automatically refresh?

    I tried completely uninstalling HM2, removed all folders then installed a new one with a new DB and it still does not work.

    Look at this shot, I think my HM2 misses the Active Session entry on the top of that list.

    On which site did you play these hands?
    The most recent hands you played don't show up at all in Active Session? Is it possible due to a time difference (summer/winter time) you have to change the adjust import times before they show up? Read: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...TimeAdjustment

    (after you make time adjust changes, they'll only have effect on NEW hands... or if you reimport your old hands into a NEW database)

    even me same problem : i have version 7628
    Iplay from Italy with pokerstars.it and time adjustment is 6 (autodetect)
    it worked fine since 1 month ago

    Did you compare the time in your hands in sessions to your computer clock?

    Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

    if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

    The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

    So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

    If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

    time is right !
    the problem is that active session not works , even in reports i can't see current games
    if i end my session , i close hm2 and i restart i can see them
    hud is working

    +1 Same problem with latest version. Computer time and HM2 time adjustment is right.
