Question HUD goes behind replayer ?

Hi, I made a short video to explain my issue :
    HUD bug - YouTube

Firstly, is it normal that my hud is not full loaded until I click the next button ?

Secondly, why my hud disappears when a popup opens ? And it never come back if I didn't deactivate/active "display hud stats" again.

I have the latest version of HM(2.0.0.7318), and I try to uninstall it a few times but doesn't work anyway.

Occasionally, the HUD work perfectly, but it's rare.

    Thank for you support !

Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

See this screenshot for exporting HUD's:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/exporthuds.PNG

Then delete the prefs.xml and prefs.bak file in the config folder in
    7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: How to show hidden files in Windows 7
    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Microsoft Corporation

See this screenshot for location in win 7 for the prefs files:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/prefs.PNG

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -
    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...p+Instructions

    Import your HUD's again.

I followed the instructions, but didn't work yet.
I have a dualscreen and I used to use ultramon for that, if it helps. I tried without ultramon (unistall) but doesn't work too.
My graphic card has the latest update.

PS : After unistall framework thanks to cleanup tool, must I ignore update of windows update about it ? (install dotnetfx 35 and fx 40 that's all ?). I already tried this too.

No, you have to update - there's a ton of .net updates.

    Also try this

    1) Please make sure you are installing on an administrator account and running as an administrator.

    2) Please turn off UAC.

    3) You'll need to add:
    - holdemmanager.exe
    - hudfuncapps.exe
    - postgres and pg_ctl, your poker client .exe
    - table ninja.exe
    - notecaddy.business.dll and notecaddy.contents.dll from the modules folder in holdemmanager's program files folder (you might have to type in the names in some firewalls, they do not show)

to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

    4) Make sure that windows is fully updated. Keep checking for updates until it says twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

    5) You need to make sure that this folder*, as well as c:\hm2archive, c:\hmarchive and your site's hand history folder are each not read only** and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. ***

    8/7/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

    * You will need to show hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+

See the location here for win 7:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/configfile.PNG

See the location here for win xp:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/configfile.PNG

** You will need to right click the folder, open properties. At the bottom in Attributes, uncheck the Read-Only. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows

*** This is in Properties as well, in Security.

I do all the things but still doesn't work .
Seems I need to format my computer x)

PS: I have uncheck and save the read only option but when I open properties , read only is checked ( with a blue square) for all folders (holdem, hand history for my room and backup folder holdem).

I tried without my firewall and antivirus too.

    thx for your support

Yes, the folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

Please try a clean install to resolve the HUD behind the Replayer.

Please try a clean install to resolve this issue:

You will need to delete everything except for the database, notecaddydefinitions, backups and config folders, caddylayout, CaddySettings, ColorDefinitions and layout, NoteCaddyTags and noteDefinitionsLayout files in:
    Windows 7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this:
How to show hidden files in Windows 7

See this screenshot for location in 7 and the files you want to save:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/modload.PNG

    Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
For showing hidden files and unhide system files, see this:
    Microsoft Corporation

See this screenshot for location in XP and the files you want to save:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/modload_xp.gif

Uninstall and please update to this version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe ---- add this file to your firewall and antivirus exceptions list and then right click, run as administrator.

Please add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe (in postgres\bin) and hmupdate.exe (available only during an update) to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.

Please make sure that you are running as an administrator.

You may need to uninstall your Anti Virus, install HM2, and reinstall your Anti Virus.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Do you have the same issue if you replay the hand on the other monitor?

Wow, I've never seen this, but based on other problems with graphic issues, I would try 2 things:

    1) Open HUD Options - Config, change your z-ordering setting.

    2) 1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
    2 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver
    3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech
4 - Disable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support
5 - Set desktop theme to basic, default, or a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (this will be the same for win8/7)
