    Default Wrong buy-ins, winnings, rake and everything

    Hi,
    I have been trying to fix this before 3 updates ago and still the buy-ins, rake, etc are all wrong. The only thing that is working right is HUD and the graph.
    This month I have played ~190 5.00+.40$ DON sngs on merge and I have attached the graph (seems correct) along with results and tournaments tab which shows all the stats wrong.
    In the Tournament results tab why there are 2 rows for the same 5.40$ DON games?? The net buy-in, winnings, rake, etc are all completely wrong.
    In the Tournaments tab, everything is completely wrong starting with buy-in. I played only 5$ games but is shows 23,35,46$ etc. (as shown in the screen shot).
    Also where do I see completed & incomplete games like it shows in HEM1?

    PS : I have already sent a similar email for the games I played a month back to hem support and they asked me to update, create new database, change to US english (which is my default anyway), etc, etc, but none seemed to work untill now. I then gave up on this buggy software and tried out PT4 trial which makes it really good because I did'nt encounter any buys apart from minor ones which were fixed . This is my last shot trying HEM2 because I like it more than PT4 for some weird reason . Still I can't put up with it if it still does'nt work.

    Hi. There is a known open issue with Merge Buy-ins Rake and Net Winnings, bug # HM-5370. Please zip a small sample of original hand histories in which this issue occurs and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread. They will be added to the bug to be fixed. Until the issue is resolved, the tournaments can be manually edited by double clicking on the tournament or right click then select Edit.

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31).

    Also where do I see completed & incomplete games like it shows in HEM1?
    This is a known issue that has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

    The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-4687. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

    I'm having the same issues with SNGs on Stars. I'm running 7223. I filtered for the stakes I'm playing this month, set Filter for Tag to None, and then clicked Apply to all Reports.

    The Tournament Winnings Graph and Tournaments Report are correct according to my account balance on Stars -- Total $ amount and number of games are the same in both. But the Tournament Results Report is incorrectly listing stakes and has a higher game count than the other report and lower winnings in $.

    I also checked for duplicate tournaments in the Tournaments Report as I play over midnight sometimes and there were none in that report. Is it possible that they're being duplicated in the Results Report but not in the Tournaments Report?

    Tournies being used as duplicates if you played them overnight, is a known bug: HM-4663
    PokerStars: If you play a tourney at 22:00 and finish at 1:00 (after midnight).
    The tourney (SNG/MTT) will show up twice in reports, both if you filter for TODAY... and YESTERDAY.

    As a temporary solution you could try to change the 'start of day' time, so the transition between 'today' and 'tomorrow' never occurs during when you play a game.

    When I'm not connected to the internet, HEM2 is asking me to register . Can't I use HEM2 to review,etc without connecting to the internet?

    And the graph was showing correctly untill now, but today, I played ~30 10$ DON sngs and it's saying I have lost 2200$ from those 30 games. Seriously can I expect a fix for this? Only HUD is working properly and the software crashed when I 10 tabled and made the poker client hang too. Had to re-start it.
    Please give me a time frame when these issues with merge HH will be fixed, otherwise I'll buy PT4 instead of wasting time and energy.

    Connection issue: You need to be connected to the internet to validate the software.

    Merge SNGs: Merge changed their handhistory formatting in their software update 4 days ago. As a result HoldemManager can't track the winnings properly. We're working on a fix.

    I installed the update, do I have to import the HH I plaayed for today again to see the correct winnings? Do I have 2 create another DB and then import? Will the winnings be changed on it's own?

    About validating the software, I review my hands in my laptop while I'm travelling and have no internet. So I can't use HEM2 then? From what I remember, HEM1 and PT4 did'nt have this problem. Or will this go away if I buy HEM2?

    You will need to reimport the hands. You can either create a new database or purge hands since August 20th (the merge client update was Aug 21st) and import them again from your C:\HM2Archive.

    The original problem HM-5370 mentioned in this thread is still an open bug. I will increase the priority to see if we can get it fixed soon.

    I still have an email from you in my inbox with some hands you sent for testing in regards to another thread you started. I was not able to duplicate the problems with the unusual buyin amounts when I imported them earlier this weekend. I have been out of the house all weekend and I will re-test them in detail tonight or tomorrow when I get back home.

    Not until we eventually fix the bug HM-5316 I mentioned earlier in this thread.

    I am not sure off the top of my head and am unable to test this personally at this moment. I would suggest that you simply give it a try and if you have any problems please start a new thread in the SNGW forum so the developer can address your questions.

    I do not have any type of ETA for the HM-5370 bug but when it is confirmed as fixed by our testers you will receive an email notification. The hands you sent in for the other thread you started seemed to work fine for me but I will test them again soon.

    Our developers are working on some other unrelated parsing fixes for pokerstars and I would like to wait for those fixes to be pushed live by the developers before I test your hands again. If you need a trial extension because of these issues to make sure they are fixed and working I can extend your temporary code for HM2 so you can use it for another 30 days to give us time to fix these issues for you to test.

    What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to? I would like to change my culture settings to match yours to make sure the problems you are seeing are not related to your regional settings.
