    Default Hands not importing

    Hey,

    I have 7223 (the latest version). I played a few hands of NL2 zoom poker (on Pokerstars). The HUD appears, but it's not updating. The cause is that the software does not import the hands. I set the auto import folders correctly. I even imported manually the hand history and no go. The hand history is written in English.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

    Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    I use Windows 7 Home edition. Default windows firewall. Antivirus: Avast.

    I did everything you said and I still get the same result

    Please try resetting the HoldemManager.config and deleting any corrupted Config files to resolve this issue. Here are instructions

    Close HM2

    Please move the HoldemManager.config and HoldemManager.config.bak files and to your desktop and delete and corrupted HoldemMaanger.config files from:

    7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

    Restart HM2.
