    Default 7148 freezes when clicking note icon

    HM2 freezes, client freezes, everything freezes. Takes up to 30 seconds to load note window.

    When there is a crash (or freeze), please sent your full log.txt file, located in the following folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com:

    Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

    Old thread, but same problem still persist. Sometimes the note window opens quick, sometimes HM2 freezes (which makes me fold hands) and it takes more than 30s to open the note window. Lately more problems, don't know why. Been running 7318 for 6 weeks minimum. This also the case when opening a handhistory from previous pots via the hud (although somewhat quicker than clicking notes)

    It seems that if you have a aero theme active... takes less time...anyway...psst

    If aero has an effect, try this:

    1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).
    2 - Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver
    3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech
    4 - Disable desktop composition - Enable or Disable Desktop Composition ~ Windows 7 Support
    5 - Set desktop theme to basic, default, or a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (this will be the same for win8/7)
