Reports-> Tourneys is empty

Nothing showing in Reports and active seession
everything is just empty, tho I play like 150 Tourneys/Day

ofc Filters are all cleared and I always refresh

edit:
tried changing regional settings to US, doesnt help at all
tried update6697, but couldnt start it, because it says, Ii dont have a valid license


btw I actually do miss the section "Tournament-> Hands" anyways. Where is this ?

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log and log.txt files as explained in the last step.


If you continue to have problems, try the following -

What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to?

Close HM2 and change it to English (USA), then restart HM2. The Reports should now work again.

Close HM2 again and change your regional settings back to your native setting and start HM2 again.

Did that solve the problems with the Reports?

If not, try the following steps:

- Close HM2
- Please delete the following files:
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ho ldemmanager.config and holdemmanager.config.bak
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\
- Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
- Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default: Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman
- Start HM2 again
