Cart :I apologize for any problems or confusion caused by our earlier replies. I see Chris replied to your email so I will reply here to fill in any details he over-looked in the email.
All of the Alpha testers were originally given new HM2 codes when we launched that were only good for 6 months. When those codes started expiring we decided to make them a lifetime free upgrade instead of only 6 months for all of the alpha/beta testing help and for any inconvenience caused by the confusion of the expiring 6 month codes. There was/is a bug in the current public build that would still allow the software to open and for the HUD to work even if your HM2CMBOPRO- code (found under the +/- sign in your account next to the HM2- code) had expired but your main licensing system HM2- code hadnt expired. That licensing bug has since been fixed in our latest internal builds.
Again, I apologize for the problems and confusion caused by this. If you are still having problems with licensing or HUD please send us a new email detailing any current problems (so as to avoid confusion on our end with problems you had before the 6 month expiration problems) and we will help you with any problems that remain.
Thanks for the explanation fozzy. That makes more sense now.
As far as lingering problems, I didn't get a chance to play last night once this was settled, as Lock is my main site and they were going through the network switch. So can't confirm the HUD quirks I had are resolved, but at least I have sessions and hands under Active Sessions and Reports now. I do have small BR's on a couple other Merge skins so will check those tonight, and hope that Revolution is or will be supported soon.
The Opponents tab crash is still there, but I know you guys are working on that fix.
I'll say there have been enough similar reports about Active Sessions and Reports not showing anything that I suspect this licensing bug affected more than just me, though. I would recommend anyone else having these issues contact the support guys and have them double-check your keys.
Thanks for all your help fozzy, Chris, and all involved. Sorry for being cranky, but it was highly frustrating and the confusion factor around the keys didn't help.
Oh, one more question: Does this mean I need another HM2CMBOPRO- code to have Combo functionality, or will my main HM2- code be sufficient going forward? We can PM/email about that further if necessary.

Revolution/Cake support should be fine so you won't notice any problems playing Lock. I had no problems with the new Lock software today in the latest HM2 internal so 6866 should also be fine since there weren't any Cake changes on our end between 6866 and the latest internal 6927. If you have any problems just PM me or email support with a link to this post/thread and we can send you a download link for the latest internal. We are trying to wait before we post any hm2 internals as we are working on some big changes right now.
*You do have to manually add the new \appdata\local\cpn\lockpoker\hand history folder since HM2 can't auto-detect it yet.
We have already fixed this in the latest internal but I can't post a download link until we finish some major updates we are working on.The Opponents tab crash is still there, but I know you guys are working on that fix.

Understood, and I agree. Anyone with weird report issues or licensing problems are better off contacting us via email from the email address they purchased their code with and we can check their licensing to make sure that is not the cause of the problems. Thanks for all your help fozzy, Chris, and all involved. No, you should be all set. I simply enabled your previous HM2CMBOPRO code that had been disabled by mistake. It should not be disabled again in the future and your HM2 is a full/free license for your Alpha testing and any other inconveniences experienced.Oh, one more question: Does this mean I need another HM2CMBOPRO- code to have Combo functionality, or will my main HM2- code be sufficient going forward?
