What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to?

Close HM2 and change it to English (USA), then restart HM2. The Reports should now work again.

Close HM2 again and change your regional settings back to your native setting and start HM2 again.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States) and reboot.

Then try creating a new empty database and reimport your hands.

I have the same issue. Whilst playing HEM2 crashed. I reopened it crashed again. Then I had the restricted hands warning. I've tried all these steps and still nothing showing in reports tab.

    I have the same issue.

I didnt notice at first this thread so I made my own, but feel free to delete it or merge it to this one as I am obv. not the only one with the same problem.

Also, active license reseting sends me an email that it is done, but in the holdemmanager.com it stil says that it is used on 1 computer and popup says that it failed to reset it.

    Hi my name is Nick.

Please delete everything EXCEPT FOR the Database, Notecaddydefinitions, Backups and Config folders in:

    7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this: How to show hidden files in Windows 7

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
For showing hidden files and unhide system files, see this: Microsoft Corporation

Uninstall and reinstall this version of HM2 and try again on a new database: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

Please add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe and hmupdate.exe (available only during an update) to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.

Please make sure that you are running as an administrator.

You may need to uninstall your AV, install HM2, and reinstall your AV.

    I have the same issue.

Yesterday everything was working. Today without any software updates I cant see any hands when I select reports. Hud works but I cant get any other information. More reports and reports are grey in the program.

    Best regards,
Mattias (win 7, 64 bit, Intel)

First try this (if you hadn't already) :
What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to?

Close HM2 and change it to English (USA), then restart HM2. The Reports should now work again.
(don't change it back to your original language settings)

    --

If that doesn't resolve it, email sales@holdemmanager.com with the question if they can check if your license key is valid.
(we had some issues where keys had to be changed)
