Thank you.
So was this ever resolved cuz I have this problem too. HEM2 eats all available physical memory. No poker clients running and it's idle on home tab, it will start using memory until there is no more. I think it might be trying to do a previous background database import (but I can't see anything happening), Is there a way to show background taks.
Eventually it will just freeze and die.
Which Operating System, Firew all, and Anti-Virus are you using?
How much RAM do you have?
If you click on CRTL-ALT-DEL--> run Windows Task Manager, and you can see which programs are using RAM/CPU.

I am having a terrible time with HEM2 using all my physical memory and my computer freezing or going so slow I time out at all tables every 20secondsish
I have 6gb DDR3 RAM
2052 mb physical memory (which task manager always shows HEM2 at like 550-900mbs its using and each poker client like 100-150mb and I'll have 0 free physical memory)
windows 7
gdata 2012 edition anti-virus (uses only like 50mb on task manager)
I meant 550-900k being used at a given time for HEM2 (790k while trying to type this - each web page takes 10s to load)
and 12-17k being used by the anti virus and I assume my firewall G Data 2012 edition
Task Manager shows:
CPU usage 15% (all i have running is HEM2 and 2 poker clients are open with no tables open atm and just this webpage)
Physical memory at 98%
0 free memory
I have 4094mb memory reserved in resource monitor and maybe that's a problem? I tried googling that and looks like some people had problems there
Please help! can't use my computer unless I close Hem2 and timed out with aces twice cuz of lag haha
Update: HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe
If HM uses 800 MB of RAM (=13%), which other programs are using the remaining 85%?
What's the size of your virtual memory? (the swap file/page file)

Virtual Memory is 2861MB
Task Manager shows:
the 2 open poker clients 100-150k each
google chrome has a bunch of 17-50k ones listed for a total of around 240k (I have 10 tabs open atm since im not playing poker normally I have to close it while using HEM2 but not HEM1)
Skype (again i close it when I play now where as I didn't before on HEM1)
AvkBap64 30-50k
svchost 40k for main one then a few smaller ones listed
G data scan (antivirus) 7-30k
perhaps antivirus is the cause.
Please do this
