Ongame Tag Issue

I made a new Ongame tag, with those parameters (see pics)

Every time i try to put the HH tag name it doesn't seem to save it. And when i try to hit the button "find matching tournaments" it does not find anything. This is the beninning of each "1 euro roma" SNG
