HUD does not work on Ongame.fr

Hello,

I bought HM2 at the time of its release and I underwent a lot of bugs, especially for imports from the hands of HM1. After much wasted time, I finally managed to get almost 100% of the hands.

I play on ONGAME.fr. When I open a table: no problem, HUD opens correctly. When I open a second table, the poker software freezes and eventually close.

So I can still use HM2! Help me please I can not resist!

I also wanted to tell you that I think you should not sell a product also imperfect. I bought one after leakbuster and HM2 and I can not use neither. I consider that a discount or a free license application HM (as noteCADDY) could be offered to your loyal customers disenchanted (like me).

HEM2 and Ongame doesnt work very well together

This is a know issue with ONGAME. Development is working hard to fix the problem, but we do not have a release date. sent me yoyour reg file and I will see if there are any issues there.

Same problem here I don't like it at all. It's suppose to be better but I had to use HM1 on play table.

THIS screenshot is also mine. Now, give me please all or a piece of my money back: HM2 and leakbuster aren't working since 1st november. it's not serious, you should give a commercial gift for our patience

Include the email you used to register your license of HM2 and your HM2 serial number.

For the Table Freeze issue, please untick HUD Options > Config Properties > Manual Z Ordering. This should resolve the issue.

it works! Thank you for support, we will finally be able to enjoy this little wonder. Thanks to Doug, who took the time to come on the poker forum that I frequent. No hard feelings guy, but you know all about the French people: always complaining and go on strike or revolution

. I noted Doug to get a small refund claim or HM2 application for compensation. It would have been a pity to part with holdem manager, the best poker tracker in the world (well, when it works). Leakbuster work for now. Good luck guys
