Ivalid access to memory location

For some reason my HEM is broken. I use postgresql.

When I start HEM, it first looks like this, there's a strange image in the window:

Then, when I try to go to "reports" for example, I get an exception:

This repeats similarly every time I try to start HEM. Full exception message below.

What should I do to achieve in priority order:

1. Not lose any hands from my database
2. Get my HEM back to working
