if you select the top or bottom definition and move it towards the centre of the list instead of the up arrow and down arrow becoming active it stays as it started. if you want to move it back again , you have to click on another definition and then return to the original one you moved which then gives both an up and down arrow . in the default version try it with abc player at the bottom of the list.
