Hello there,

I've played my 1st 2 games on SNGs at $1,50 both and i came 5th and 3rd total profit is $12.59 however how come my peak still showin +0.00? and current at -3.00?

Also whats session discriminator and daily discriminator I clearly dont understood this part

I keep getting 18m discriminator and right now its 4m, Havent got a clue what the hell is that lol, Ive google it and still dont get it. Can anyone explain me as example thanks.

What site are you playing on?

Sites like Poker Stars, Full Tilt Poker and Pacific will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2. By default Stars do not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client and be sure that HM2 has added the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

Email support@[yourpokersite].com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries may be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Please send me a message through the "Feedback" tab in TB, so I can get your log files and see what happened.

On the Session and Daily Discriminators, those are the mechanism TB uses to determine if you are still in a session/day. Basically they start counting down whenever you stop playing and when they hit 0 your stats refresh back to zero and you are considered out of a session. This is necessary for times when you don't hit any Auto Break rules; TB needs some basis for when to "reset".

Only site i play is Pokerstars, You saying i neeed HM2 running as well?

I use PT4 for stats/etc and i dont own hm2 licence yet.

No, you do not need HM2 for TB to work. It sounds like an error with the "Hand History" settings in TB. If you send me a message through the Feedback tab in TB it will auto send your settings as well, and I can see if everything is setup correctly.
