Hi guys,

can you fix HEM in the next release so that it supports "Hey Poker", an Ongame skin ? I can send you some HH's if you want, although at first glance they are the same as for example Eurobet, also an OnGame skin, which works fine with HEM.

I think they should work. Are you using 1.09 Beta 7+?

Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

I tried the 1.10 Beta 8, but it doesnt work for HeyPoker or Eurobet, so I downgraded to 1.09.03 which works for Eurobet (I share a computer with my brother who plays there), but not HeyPoker. With HeyPoker, not even Table Manager has any tables listed and the HUD doesnt work, but it does import the hands.

All right, I used this tip:

Please close holdemmanager.
Use your windows explorer to navigate to the Holdemmanager installation folder ..\holdemmanager\config.

Look for the file exenames.txt and open it in a text editor (notepad).
Add the line
10,HeyPoker.exe

Save and close the file.

Restart HM and test it.

I've got the same problem. Played yesterday and everything was ok, but today during last session:

- table manager sees opened tables
- no hud
- HEM does not import any hand

I tried to restart poker client, hem itself and it did not help.

Tried the trick above but I have this line in that file...

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

I added Heypoker.exe to the list and updated to the newest version. HM is importing hh files, but is not recognizing any tables I have open?

I had to fix this problem a couple times earlier with other Ongame skins and worked out fine...

Please assist
