Default FullTilt to XML (Merge) format ?

I'm wondering if HEM can convert FullTilt hand histories to XML format (i.e. Merge poker format), or if there are any 3rd party tools that can do this (the one on FlopTurnRiver does not seem to have that as an option for example).

Also, it looks like Merge hand histories (in XML format) have more information than Full Tilt, for example the timestamp on each action. Is this something that Full Tilt simply did not track?

    Thanks.

    Default

Full Tilt (and PokerStars) doesn't track the timestamp for each action.
Why would you like to convert the handhistory formatting to a XML Merge formatting?

Normally, users like to convert handhistories (of unsupported poker networks) to a PartyPoker/Full Tilt/PokerStars formatting which is considered the most universal formatting.

Check 2+2 forums, where many members have written scripts to convert handhistories to a wide variety of formats.
HEM can't convert them to XML.
