почти всегда есть результат активности антивируса или файерволла. Или отсутствия запуска "от админа".

Если операционная система - Виста или Вин7 (8), то факта загрузки Виндовс под пользователя с правами администратора - мало (хотя это и обязательно). Надо сделать так:
1) Открыть папку C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (в 64-битной версии = Program Files (x86)
2) По правому клику на файле HoldemManager.exe выбрать Свойства, перейти на вкладку Совместимость и задать “Запускать файл от администратора”.
3) Сделать то же самое для файлов
TableScannerDllLoader.exe
HudFuncsApp.exe
ThirtyTwoBitIPC.exe
4) Аналогично - для исполняемых файлов всех покерных клиентов.
Если PokerStars - для двух файлов:
PokerStars.exe и PokerStarsUpdate.exe
Если FullTilt - тоже для двух файлов:
FullTiltPoker.exe и updater.exe
Если Ipoker - для файла casino.exe
Если Party - для файла C:\Programs\PartyGaming\PartyGaming.exe
5) Все упомянутые файлы добавить в список исключений антивируса\файерволла.
А также файлы
pg_ctl.exe
postgres.exe
из папки postgresql/Х.x/bin

А помимо них еще и
- blitz.dll, textboxHook.dll и все файлы easyhook*.* (в папке установки ХМ)
