    Default Проблемы с активацией ключа

    Не могу активировать ХМ. Триалка прошла.

    Залогиниться в свой аккаунт на сайте ХМ
    https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/myAccount.php
    и там нажать кнопку сброса лицензий
    (на IE может не сработать - тогда другим браузером)

    Делал, такая же самая проблема.
    Я переустанавливал Виндовс, сам ХМ был на диске Д, С - системный.
    Может где-то здесь проблема?

    0) Сначала обновить HM до свежей версии – http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
    Затем (если операционка = Виста или Вин7):
    Дать права администратора исполняемым файлам HoldemManager:
    1) Открыть папку C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (в 64-битной версии = Program Files (x86)
    2) По правому клику на файле HoldemManager.exe выбрать Свойства, перейти на вкладку Совместимость и задать “Запускать файл от администратора”.
    2а) Если опция недоступна - временно включить UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek
    и перегрузить компьютер.
    После исполнения п. 2 и 3 можно (и желательно) отключать UAC снова.
    3) Сделать то же самое для файлов HMHud.exe и DBControlPanel.exe и hmimport.exe
    4) Включить на компьютере опцию показа скрытых и защищенных системных файлов: How to see hidden files in Windows -

    5) Удалить файл C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (на 64-битной версии Виндовс см Program Files (x86)
    Но этого файла на некоторых конфигурациях может не оказаться - ничего страшного.
    6) Теперь удалить файл C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic
    (для XP путь такой C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
    7) И пробовать зарегистрировать ХМ.
    Если не помогает:
    8) В папке C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config
    создать пустой текстовый документ (правый клик на свободом месте в папке и выбор Новый - Текстовый документ и назвать его
    LicDebug.txt
    именно так, с двумя заглавными буквами.
    9) Запустить ХМ и зарегистрировать
    10) Затем выключить ХМ и удалить LicDebug.txt независимо от исхода регистрации
    11) Если и это не поможет, проверить установки Прокси:
    Открыть Internet Explorer и найти меню Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections
    нажать внизу кнопку Свойства сети и снять все флажки там. После чего подтвердить изменения. И пытаться регистрировать ХМ.
    Если не получится - пробовать в свойствах сети поставить флажок Автодетект

    А если Windows Xp?
    Я просто отформатировал системный диск, и заново залил туда винду.
    Что делать в таком случае?

    Если было форматирование диска, то все пункты насчет удаления файлов и т.п. - неактуальны.
    В таком случае должен сработать алгоритм из п. 8 - 10

    Предлагаю провести сеанс по Тимвьюверу.
    Для чего (после согласования времени его) скачать этот модуль www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer.exe, запустить и сообщить мне через систему личных сообщений ID (обычно 9 цифр) и пароль (четырехзначный).
    Почему именно скачать, а не запустить возможно имеющийся на компе пользователя Тимвьювер? Потому что это пятая версия программы, у нас нет лицензии на шестую.
    И по времени: можно прямо сейчас.

    Ещё таков вопрос.
    Переустановил ХМ, при запуске сразу же выскакивает окно : "Активировать онлайн",
    т.е. не выскакивает окно, куда вводить ключ и имя, вообще.
    Как это исправить?
